“GoCycling at East Coast Park Carpark C4 is honestly one of the best ways to experience the park without overthinking the logistics. The location itself is already a huge win. You are right by the sea breeze, wide cycling paths, and long scenic stretches that make you forget you are still in Singapore. Whether you are cycling solo, on a date, or with family and friends, this outlet makes it incredibly easy to just show up and start riding. $50 deposit is required beforehand to secure the ride. It goes by hourly rate as well, so no such thing as 90mins rental, only 60 or 120mins. The rental process is straightforward and efficient. Staff are generally friendly, patient, and used to handling first timers, tourists, and families with kids. They explain the bike options clearly and help adjust seats properly so you do not end up uncomfortable ten minutes into your ride. There is a good range of bicycles available, from standard bikes to couple bikes and child friendly options, making it suitable for almost any group. What really stands out is the convenience. Being located at Carpark C4 means you are minutes away from food spots, beach areas, and long uninterrupted cycling routes. You can ride towards Marine Parade or head in the opposite direction for quieter stretches and stunning sea views. It is perfect for a chill afternoon ride or a longer sunset cycle. Prices are reasonable for the location and duration, especially considering how well maintained the bikes generally are. They are not brand new showroom models, but they are functional, safe, and good enough for a relaxed ride along the coast. It is generally clean also although i recommend a wipe down especially if you have kids on board just to be safe because they do not sanitize the equipments after each use.”

“This review is for the owner of GO Cycling Carpark East Coast Park C4 carpark We rented a tandem bike. Halfway through our ride, we felt there was an issue with the bike; the chain kept coming off track. We managed to fix it and continued, but it came off again, 3 times. Even after trying to fix it ourselves, we ended up having to push the bike for about 60% of the journey. This dampened our enjoyment significantly, as we were hoping for a fun, leisurely ride as a family. Because of the repeated stops, we took the initiative to put the chain back on each time, at the cost of getting our hands dirty. When we returned to the GO Cycling rental point at Carpark C4 and explained what happened, we did not receive a single apology. The staff told us that if we had called the number on the receipt, someone could have ridden out with a new bike or helped with repairs/replacement. The customer service needs to improve. At the very least, an apology for the inconvenience would have gone a long way.”

“Well it was cheap at $10 Sgd per bike but both had significant problems with the derailleurs and mine was nonstop creaking and this was a second bike after I found the first one to have derailleur problems. I would not recommend them given the poor conditions of both mountain bikes!!”

Family bike is a different queue At times the staff doesn’t know what’s the pricing or the rules By right You should be able to rent here and return at airport In that case U shouldn’t leave collateral”
